§ 6-65. Proximity of premises to churches, schools, colleges.

No license for the sale of alcoholic beverages will be issued that does not meet the proximity requirements of O.C.G.A. § 3-3-21, and an applicant shall certify that the location of the establishment meets the requirements of such section.
